WordPress Bridge HelpDesk 3

The bridge feature in HelpDesk 3 allows you to seamlessly integrate your WordPress installation with the HelpDesk 3 system. By enabling the bridge, you can:

  • Sync user accounts: Allow WordPress users to automatically access the HelpDesk without creating a separate account.
  • Share live chat sessions: Visitors and logged-in users on your WordPress site can access live chat provided by HelpDesk 3 without leaving your website.
  • Connect the support area: Provide a unified support interface so users can submit tickets, view their history, and get help directly through your WordPress site.

This integration improves the user experience by keeping authentication and support tools connected under one login, reducing the need for multiple platforms and accounts.

To set it up, follow the integration instructions inside HelpDesk 3 under Settings > Integration > WordPress Bridge. You'll typically need to install the provided WordPress plugin or add a short snippet to your WordPress theme.

If you encounter any issues during setup, consult the documentation or reach out to our support team for assistance.
